By creating a Thespis Jewellery account you can check your order history, access your wish list, update your newsletter preferences, receive special discounts and offers and see new arrivals before anyone else.

To place an order, select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the page to complete your order.

Once you have completed your order and submitted payment, an automated confirmation email will be sent.

Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We support the following payment methods: Visa (credit/debit card), Mastercard, PayPal, Cash on Delivery and Payment in store. Please note that for Visa payment, you must use the identification method required by the bank that issued your credit card.

3D Secure (also known as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode) is an additional level of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It is designed to protect you from unauthorized use of your card. When you make a payment on the Thespisjewellery site, you may be asked to enter a one-time code or password, which you will receive via SMS or email or app notification from your card issuing bank. This extra step adds an extra layer of security to your online transactions and helps prevent unauthorized use of your card.

Order failures can occur for a variety of reasons, including incorrect details such as the card number, CVV, or expiration date, or it's possible that your card has specific restrictions that caused the transaction to be declined. If your order fails even though you have sufficient funds, consider trying an alternative card or payment method or contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

If it is overseas you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
